Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Color My Classics website ("Service"), including placing an order through colormyclassics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Statement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fun-O-Matic Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a New York limited liability company.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use this Service. By using Color My Classics, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or a parent/legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Any uploaded images involving minors are submitted by a parent or legal guardian
• You will use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes

Color My Classics is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Color My Classics is a personalized print-on-demand coloring book service that creates custom illustrated storybooks based on uploaded photographs. When you place an order, you may:

• Upload a photograph of yourself or someone you have permission to submit
• Provide optional personalization details such as a first name
• Select a story adventure or book theme
• Receive a personalized printed coloring book generated through our illustration process

Each product is uniquely generated and custom-made.

Important Custom Product Notice

Because every book is personalized specifically for your order, products may vary slightly in artistic interpretation, composition, and generated illustration results. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Photo Ownership & Permission

By uploading a photograph, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the image or have permission to use and submit it
• You have authorization from the individual shown in the image, or their parent/legal guardian where applicable
• The image does not violate the rights, privacy, publicity rights, or intellectual property rights of any third party
• You have authority to grant us the limited license necessary to process your order

Limited Processing License

By uploading a photograph, you grant Fun-O-Matic Labs LLC a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely for the purpose of processing your uploaded content, generating personalized illustrations, and producing and fulfilling your custom order. This license automatically terminates after deletion procedures are completed.

Photo Requirements

For best results, uploaded photos should be clear, reasonably well-lit, appropriate for family-friendly personalization, and of sufficient quality for illustration processing. We reserve the right to reject orders containing unlawful, exploitative, hateful, or obscene content.

Photo Deletion

Original uploaded photographs are permanently deleted after processing. We do not retain uploaded photographs in permanent databases, archives, or training datasets.

What You Own

You retain ownership of your original uploaded photographs and any rights you already possess in submitted content. Your completed physical coloring book is yours for personal, family, and non-commercial enjoyment. You may print or reproduce pages for personal use only.

What We Own

Fun-O-Matic Labs LLC retains ownership of the Color My Classics brand and platform, logos, stories, layouts, prompts, visual systems, generated compositions, transformed illustrative renderings, and the overall design, structure, and functionality of the Service.

Personal Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your purchased coloring book for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not resell generated books commercially, mass reproduce books for commercial gain, or use the Service to compete with Color My Classics.

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a personalized product. Your order becomes accepted once we send an order confirmation and begin processing your book.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping fees, taxes, and optional upgrades are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time prior to purchase.

Payments are securely processed through third-party PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store full payment card information.

Because production may begin quickly after purchase, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has started. If you notice an issue, contact us immediately at hello@colormyclassics.com.

Books are printed on demand through our fulfillment partners. Estimated timelines:

• Production: 3–5 business days
• Free standard U.S. shipping: estimated delivery 11–14 business days from order, including production
• Faster shipping options: available at checkout

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or events beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once available. Currently, Color My Classics ships within the United States.

Because every order is custom-made and personalized, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, artistic interpretation, or ordering mistakes.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable. We may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

If we are unable to generate a satisfactory product from your uploaded image, we may request a replacement photo or provide a refund. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may reprint or reship the order at no additional charge.

You agree not to:

• Upload images without proper authorization
• Submit unlawful, exploitative, hateful, or obscene material
• Infringe upon another person's privacy or publicity rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our systems
• Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal activity
• Commercially exploit generated outputs without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or take legal action where appropriate.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes, exact resemblance expectations, continuous or uninterrupted operation, or error-free functionality.

Generated illustrations involve artistic interpretation and AI-assisted processing. Results may vary depending on uploaded image quality and personalization selections.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun-O-Matic Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun-O-Matic Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, AI-generated outputs, shipping delays, technical interruptions, dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation, or unauthorized access not caused by our negligence.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Before filing formal claims, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution informally.

If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City, NY under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive participation in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
