A clear, front-facing headshot with good lighting works best. Make sure the full face is visible — no sunglasses or hats. Smartphone photos work great!

For the most accurate result, use a photo that shows the hairstyle as you'd like it to appear in the book (for example: hair up or down, ponytail, pigtails, braids). Our Story Makers use both facial features and hair to create a true-to-life character — so it looks even more like you.

Because production begins quickly after your order is placed, we may not be able to swap photos once processing has started. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@colormyclassics.com and we'll do our best to help.

Yes! Once your book ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Because every book is custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns for reasons of preference or artistic interpretation. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@colormyclassics.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If we're unable to generate a satisfactory result from your uploaded image, we may request a replacement photo or offer a refund. We're committed to making sure you love your book.

Your uploaded photo is permanently deleted from our servers after processing. We do not retain it in databases, archives, or backups. Your privacy is our highest priority.

Never. Your photo is used solely to create your personalized coloring book. It is never used to train AI models, for advertising, or shared with any third parties.
